Delivery:
Orders via the webshop are delivered free of charge, or can be picked up at our branch on Weinbergstrasse

Credit card, advance payment, cash on delivery or cash on pickup
CarePlan:
Our CarePlan extends the hardware warranty to three years for CHF 99.- (AppleCare is significantly more expensive, except for the Mac mini). The CarePlan is also available for four or five years. The regulations can be found in the appendix, important for repairs abroad.
As a general rule, we give a 2-year warranty.
Service:
The ComputerTakeAway has its own service department, we offer everything from support for warranty and non-warranty repairs to on-site installations.
